Posted: 12 Oct 2025 00:56 | Read Time: 2 minutes
Something ghostly has drifted into the club… and it’s here to raise spirits and funds! Our mystery ghost has arrived just in time for the autumn season, and while it’s full of charm, mischief, and club pride — it’s missing one thing: a name.
That’s where you come in.
We’re inviting all Harriers, families, and friends to take part in our latest fundraiser: Guess the Name of the Ghost. It’s simple, fun, and every guess helps support the club’s activities, kit, and events for the season ahead.
🎟️ How to Get Involved
Taking part is easy:
- Visit our Shop – Click here to see the available names for you to purchase.
- Add the name to your basket – choose the name you think fits your ghost perfectly.
- Purchase your entry for ÂŁ5 (or go ahead and guess more than once for extra chances!).
- Cross your fingers and wait to see if you’ve guessed the winning name!
Entries are open now, but don’t wait too long—the winner will be drawn on Friday 31st October 2025! Whether you’re a Harriers member or a local supporter, this is your chance to join the fun and make a difference, and hopefully turn your Fright-day into a Frightfully Great Friday!!

đź’™ Why It Matters
This fundraiser helps us cover important club costs — from race entries and training equipment to supporting our amazing volunteers and keeping our events inclusive and joyful. Every pound raised goes straight back into the club, helping us grow stronger together.
Whether you’re a junior Harrier, a seasoned runner, or a supportive parent, this is a fun way to get involved and make a difference. Plus, who wouldn’t want to name a ghost?
