👀 Be Seen, Be Safe
Whether you’re heading out solo or with the squad, visibility is key—especially on early morning or evening runs. We want every runner to feel confident and seen out there, so please consider wearing high-visibility clothing and reflective gear when conditions call for it.
- Bright colours and reflective strips help drivers, cyclists, and other road users spot you sooner.
- Head torches or clip-on lights are great additions for low-light routes.
- If you’re running in rural areas or near traffic, visibility isn’t just helpful—it’s essential.
Let’s look out for each other and keep our training safe, stylish, and seen. Bonus points if your high-viz matches your club kit 💚🤍
