Royal Signals Road Relay Championships 2026

A brilliant day of racing at Hetton Lyons Country Park saw three Gosforth Harriers teams take on the Royal Signals Road Relay Championships, with strong performances across the board and some superb individual efforts.
🟣 Senior Women – 6th Overall
A composed and confident run from our Senior Women secured a top‑six finish against a competitive field in 1:03:48. Each leg was delivered with trademark grit and consistency, and the team looked strong from gun to tape.

Their pacing, teamwork, and smooth transitions kept them firmly in the mix throughout, rounding off an excellent showing.
⚫ Senior Men A – 13th Overall
Our A team battled hard through all six legs, holding their own in a deep field and finishing 13th overall in 1:18:12. The squad blended experience with speed, and every runner delivered a committed shift.

⚪ Senior Men B – 19th Overall
The B team put in a determined effort to secure 19th place in 1:32:07, showing real depth across the club and plenty of competitive spirit. Every leg was run with purpose, and the team held their position well throughout.
