Saturday Morning Training – 02/05/2026
Our Saturday sessions bring together both junior and senior athletes, offering training that develops the perfect balance of speed and stamina. Through focused drills and progressive workouts, runners learn how to accelerate quickly, sustain pace over longer distances, and build the explosive power needed for strong finishes.
With coach‑led groups for each age category, every athlete gets the right level of challenge and support. These sessions are a great way to improve technique, boost fitness, and grow confidence across all distances.
Please note that, depending on events taking place at Newcastle Racecourse, our Saturday training may occasionally move to an alternative location. Any changes will be shared in advance via Spond so everyone knows where to meet.
