For seniors who prefer to stay local, our Wednesday speed session offers a focused, progressive workout led by Coach Kev Thomas. Based around Great Park and Gosforth, this session delivers all the benefits of structured speed training without heading to the track.
Each week features targeted intervals designed to build pace, efficiency, and confidence across all distances. With Kev’s supportive coaching and a friendly group atmosphere, runners of all levels can push themselves, improve technique, and get faster week by week.
It’s a brilliant option for anyone who wants high‑quality speed work in a familiar, local setting — and, as always, no Harrier gets left behind.
