We are delighted to invite all members to attend our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2026, an important opportunity to come together as a club, reflect on another successful year, and look ahead to an exciting future.

The AGM is your chance to hear about the club’s achievements over the past 12 months, celebrate the incredible contribution made by our members, volunteers and committee, and learn more about our ambitions for the year ahead.
Committee Nominations
In the coming weeks, we will circulate information regarding nominations for the 2026/27 committee.
In line with our current constitution, all committee members will stand down at the AGM. Some existing committee members intend to seek re-election, while others will be stepping aside. This means that every committee position will be open for nomination, and we warmly encourage any member who may be interested to consider putting themselves forward.
Being part of the committee is a fantastic way to help shape the future of the club, support fellow members and contribute to the continued success of our running community. We will share more details about the various committee roles ahead of the AGM, and any member interested in finding out more is encouraged to get in touch. We’d be delighted to have an informal conversation about what’s involved.

Looking Ahead to a Landmark Year
We would love to see a strong turnout for this year’s AGM. It is an opportunity not only to conduct the formal business of the club but also to celebrate everything we have achieved together over the past year.
The coming year is especially significant as we continue planning for our centenary year, a milestone that represents 100 years of running, friendship, community and achievement. The AGM will provide an opportunity to share our vision and ambitions for this landmark chapter in the club’s history.
