Monday Night Senior Training – 27/04/2025
Monday nights are one of the highlights of the week for many Harriers. We head out together for a steady 5–6 mile run, with a minimum pace of 10 minutes per mile to keep the group moving well together, setting your training up for the week ahead.
This session is all about running together, building fitness, and enjoying the social side of club life. Whether you’re easing back into training or pushing towards new goals, you’ll find friendly faces, encouragement, and plenty of chat along the way.
Most importantly, no Harrier gets left behind. We support each other from the first step to the last, making Monday nights a brilliant place for both new and experienced runners to feel part of the team.
Location may be subject to change depending on circumstances. All updates regarding training for members are posted to Spond.
For non-members wanting to join this session, please contact our club secretaries who will arrange for a run leader or coach to greet you. We’ll aim to pair you up with a runner of similar ability to ease your transition to running with a club.
