Wednesday Night Track Session – 29/04/2025

On Wednesdays, all members are invited to take part in our dedicated track session, designed to sharpen speed, technique, and running efficiency. Led by our qualified coaching team, this structured workout gives athletes of all levels the chance to train with purpose in a supportive, focused environment.

Sessions take place on the Churchill Track in Whitley Bay, giving Harriers the perfect setting for interval work, pacing practice, and drills that build strength and confidence. Whether you’re chasing a PB or simply looking to improve your form, the track offers something for everyone.

With coaches guiding every rep and the whole club working side‑by‑side, Wednesday nights are all about progress, encouragement, and pushing each other on.
